    All bookings are confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received.
  2. Pick-up Details
    The driver will meet the guest outside at the lobby or designated arrival gate area at the scheduled time. Guests are requested to provide accurate flight or ferry details and arrival time.
  3. Waiting Time
    The standard waiting time is up to 60 minutes from the scheduled arrival time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
  4. Route and Destination
    Transfers are provided from airport or seaport directly to the confirmed hotel or accommodation only. Any additional stops are subject to availability and extra charges.
  5. Changes and Delays
    Changes in schedule must be communicated in advance. Delays due to flight or ferry schedules, weather, or port operations are beyond the provider’s control.
  6. No-Show
    If the service cannot be redeemed due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances without prior notice before arrival, no surcharge adjustment or full refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.
  7. Passenger Responsibility
    Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for lost or unattended items.
  8. Safety and Conduct
    Passengers must follow local traffic laws and safety guidelines. Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
  9. Force Majeure
    The company shall not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond its control.
  10. Acceptance
