All reservations will be on request through online reservation form, call or SMS; you will not receive an instant confirmation after submitting reservation.
Confirmation of booking request
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as all services (hotels, ferry, and etc.) included in the selected package tour are confirmed. The confirmation will be sent to you between 24 – 48 hours after the reservation has been made (Monday-Saturday).
Information about payment procedures will be sent to you by e-mail simultaneously with the confirmation of all services. We offer the following methods of payment:
- Bank deposit through BPI or BDO (online transfer will do, just provide screenshot for proof)
- Debit / credit card payments through XOOM or Moneygram payments
- Debit / Credit card payments through PayPal. No Paypal account needed, just choose Pay through Credit / Debit Card. Using this method is subject of an additional charge of 3% to your total amount due. Please add this additional charge when you pay using the PayPal system.
- Western Union
- Check payments. Checks may be accepted as payment for local travellers. Payments made by check are not considered “paid”, until fully cleared by our bank and released for payment.
A deposit of 50% of the total due (excluding add ons) must be made 2 days prior to tour date. For other tours like Bohol day tour, deposit must be made 7 days prior to tour date.
Final payment can be paid on the day of the tour.
Last minute bookings
Bookings made less than 7 days (for Bohol day tour with ferry tickets) or 2 days (for other tours) prior to travel must be paid in full as soon as you receive our acknowledgement of reservation.
Failure to complete payment
Automatic cancellation of your booking will occur if payment has not been received by the specified date.
The travel documents will be sent to you by e-mail after we have received your final payment. The documents will be sent no later than 7 days before the start of your tour.
