Terms and Conditions
- No overloading
- The driver will wait at the arrival hall with a signboard of the customer’s name for port or airport pickups. If you do not see your driver immediately, please get in touch with our hotline.
- For hotel pick-ups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver.
- Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time for departure transfers.
- In case of flight delay, contact us ahead of time to avoid extra charges per hour of waiting time
- If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message us within 3 hours before landing, no surcharge or full refund will be issued in case of cancellation.
- If you are unreachable after waiting, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave after 1 hour, and no refund will be issued.
- For out-of-town transfers, a long stopover is subject to an additional charge per hour.
