Terms and Conditions
- No overloading and must follow health protocols
- For port or airport pick-ups, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall with a signboard of the customer’s name. If you do not see your driver immediately, please contact our hotline.
- For hotel pick-ups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver.
- For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
- In case of flight delay, contact us ahead of time to avoid extra charges per hour of waiting time
- If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message us within 3 hours before landing, no surcharge or full refund will be issued in case of cancellation.
- If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave after 1 hour and no refund will be issued.
- For out of town transfers, long stop over is subject to additional of charge per hour
